Nigel qualified at University College Hospital in 1975. He then worked and trained at UCH in oral surgery, until reaching registrar level.
The implant surgery training started in 1988, which has also included training in the Branemark clinic in Gothenburg, Sweden and he has been an active solo implantologist since 1990.
Over the years every type of case has been treated, we are highly experienced having completed numerous cases from single teeth to full mouth implant supported reconstructions. We have the advantage of all treatment being carried out by one person in one location. We work closely with a top specialised laboratory and have a close relationship with our implant manufacturers and suppliers 3i
Nigel has attended and continues to attend numerous postgraduate training course in Europe and America and is an active member of various groups such as the Association of Dental Implantology. Nigel is currently engaged in finishing his masters degree in implantology.

The practice is a wholly private practice founded by Nigel Olesen in 1990.
The dental team consists of Nigel, a hygienist, qualified implant trained dental nurses and secretarial staff. All the staff are willing to advise and assist with any query, and will deal with it personally.
